

Richard M. Rubenstein, M.D., is a Board Certified Dermatologist with offices in Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Tamarac, Florida. He performs a blend of dermatologic and cosmetic/aesthetic services. He accepts same day or next day appointments for urgent medical matters.
Dr. Rubenstein completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University, Magna Cum Laude and received his medical degree from Medical College of Virginia. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York and performed his residency in Dermatology at Northwestern University.
Dr. Rubenstein was named one of South Florida's top doctors 2010 by Castle and Connely. He has authored and co-authored over 10 published articles in the field of dermatology. During 2007 he contributed to a Published Book Chapter: Dermal and Subcutaneous Tumors in Skin Surgery by Roenigk and Roenigk. He recently was re-elected President of Broward County Dermatologic Society, a group of Dermatologists who meet every three months to discuss new programs and procedures. Dr. Rubenstein is Co-Director of the Dermatology Residency Program at Wellington Regional Hospital as well as Co-Director of the Dermatology Residency Program at Wellington Regional Medical Center both are located in Wellington, Florida.
Dr. Rubenstein provides patients with the latest advances in Dermatology as well as the latest laser technology. His special areas of expertise in the field of Dermatology are dermatologic surgery, excisional surgery, botox, sclerotherapy, derma fillers, laser for unwanted hair, brown spots, spider veins, and Pediatric Dermatology. Additionally, Dr. Rubenstein offers his patients specially formulated skin care products for use as part of a physician supervised skin care regimen. An office based Aesthetician is always available to perform chemical peels, micro dermabrasions, facials and skin care consultations in both offices.
